We run these valves on our refuse haulers pretty hard. What kind of pressure and flow can this thing actually handle before it starts giving us trouble?

At peak, the RV8-10 is rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and it can pass up to 300 liters per minute, or about 80 US gallons per minute. For your refuse hauler application, that's a solid ceiling to work within. The rated flow rate sits at 76 liters per minute under normal operating conditions, so you've got real headroom above that before you're pushing the limits of the valve.
