Would this here valve be alright for a mobile harvester, seeing as it's built from hardened steel?

Running this on a refuse hauler setup, does it hold up alright at 5000 psi, or is that pushing it?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that's actually the rated operating pressure for this valve. So running it in a refuse hauler application isn't pushing limits at all. That's exactly the kind of high-pressure mobile work it was built around. The body is hardened and ground steel, so it's not going to wear down fast under that kind of regular load.
