Running 80 gallons a minute through a pressure relief valve is no small ask. This the right unit for that kind of flow, or am I pushing it?

Rated at 303 litres per minute, which works out to 80 USgpm, so you're right at the valve's rated flow capacity. Pressure-wise it handles up to 350 bar, or 5,000 psi. For high-demand mobile circuits like refuse haulers and harvesters, that's exactly the kind of load this valve was built around. You're not pushing it at all running at those numbers.
