reckon this would be alright for running on a grain auger?

Application-wise, this Vickers SV9-10-E series solenoid valve is indeed used in mobile and industrial applications. That includes harvesters, so it should hold up fine for an auger, too. Just make sure your voltage matches its 24 volt power supply requirement.
