Running a refuse hauler and need a solenoid valve that can keep up with the pressure demands on this rig. This one rated for 5,000 psi?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, so yes it can handle the pressure loads common in refuse hauler hydraulic circuits. Flow capacity tops out at 227 liters per minute, or 60 USgpm, and the 24V DC coil fits right in with standard mobile power systems. The valve body is hardened and ground steel, so it holds up through high-cycle work without wearing out prematurely.
