Flow rate on this one says 104 liters per minute but also mentions up to 160 L/min somewhere else, which number actually applies to this valve?

Both numbers are accurate but they refer to different things. The 104 liters per minute is the actual flow rate for this specific valve configuration. The 160 L/min figure represents the upper rated capacity for the EFV1-12-O series as a whole. So depending on which unit in the series you're looking at, the ceiling is 160 L/min, but this particular model runs at 104 L/min under normal operating conditions.
