We run this valve on a refuse hauler that works pretty hard most days. What kind of pressure and flow can it actually handle before it starts giving us trouble?

Built around a poppet-style design, the CV13-10-P-0-65 holds up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and can move fluid at up to 227 liters per minute, or 60 US gallons per minute. For a refuse hauler running regular heavy cycles, those numbers put it well within the demands of that kind of application. Vickers specifically lists refuse haulers as one of the intended uses, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't built for.
