runs about 76 liters a minute, that right? got a circuit on a refuse hauler that needs somewhere around that range and just want to make sure this one's gonna hold up before i order

76 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so a refuse hauler application is right in the wheelhouse for it. The CV13-10-P-0-10 is actually called out specifically for that kind of equipment, along with harvesters and general industrial use.
