Running a refuse hauler and trying to figure out if this valve can actually handle the kind of pressure we're throwing at it day in and day out. We're regularly seeing system pressure around 4800 psi. That gonna be a problem?

At 4800 psi you're well within the rated limit. The CBV1-10-S-0-A-30/18.5 is built to handle up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so you've got a comfortable margin there. It also supports flow up to 550 liters per minute, which is 143 USgpm, so capacity on the flow side isn't likely to be a bottleneck either. For refuse hauler duty this valve was specifically called out as a target application, so the fit makes sense beyond just the numbers.
