If I'm usin' this on a harvester, is it gonna hold up?

Flow capacity on this thing says 300 L/min but the rated flow is listed at 15 litres per minute, which number actually matters for how it performs in my circuit?

Both numbers are relevant, just for different reasons. The 300 L/min figure represents the maximum flow the valve can handle without damage, so think of it as the ceiling. The 15 L/min rated flow is where the valve is designed to operate at its best for pressure control purposes. Running it at rated flow gives you the most stable, predictable pressure regulation. Higher flows are within the valve's physical limits, but the rated flow is where it earns its keep in terms of accuracy and consistency.
