How much hydraulic pressure can this valve handle without blowing apart?

got a refuse hauler running a 12v electrical system and need a valve that stays open when the solenoid ain't energized. this the right setup for that?

A normally open configuration is exactly what you're describing. When the coil is de-energized, flow passes through freely. Energize the coil and the valve closes. That fail-safe behavior is built into this unit by design, so if power is lost, the circuit defaults to an open state.
