flow rate on this one is listed at 114 liters per minute -- that right for the FR1-16V model, or is that the max for the whole series?

The 114 liters per minute figure is specific to this valve, the FR1-16V-F-0-/11.00. The broader FR1-16 series is rated up to 350 liters per minute (92 USgpm), but that is the ceiling for the series overall. What you are getting with this particular model is a fixed pressure compensated flow regulator set to 114 L/min. So if your circuit calls for that flow rate, this is the right fit.
