got a harvester sitting idle cause the solenoid valve went out, this a direct swap for the original SV1-10 series unit?

For equipment already running the SV1-10-C/CM/CR platform, this valve fits right into that same series family. It runs on a 115V AC coil with 3/8-inch ports, so as long as your original setup matched those specs, you're looking at a compatible replacement. The hardened and ground steel construction holds up well in high-cycle conditions, which is pretty much what harvesters put these through constantly.

reckon this valve would work good on a log splitter?
