3/4 port size on this thing -- is that gonna work for most standard hydraulic lines runnin on a refuse hauler, or am I lookin at adapters?

For most refuse hauler setups running 3/4 inch hydraulic lines, this valve ports right in without needing adapters. The CBV2-12 series is specifically listed for refuse hauler applications, so that port sizing was chosen with that kind of equipment in mind. If your lines are already plumbed to 3/4, you should be in good shape for a direct connection.
