runs at 5000 psi, that's what I need confirmed before I order. this valve rated for that kind of pressure on a refuse hauler setup?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it holds up to that pressure. Flow capacity tops out at 550 L/min or 143 USgpm. Refuse hauler applications are actually one of the listed uses for this valve, so that lines up well with what you're running.
