got a harvester that needs a normally closed 12-volt solenoid valve for directional control, flow ain't that high maybe 20-some liters a minute. this unit gonna cut it?

For that kind of application, yeah, this one fits pretty well. It's rated at 23 litres per minute and runs on a 12V DC signal, so the flow and voltage are right in line with what you're describing. The normally closed configuration means it stays shut until the solenoid gets a signal, which is standard for that type of directional control work. Harvesters are actually one of the named applications for this valve, so it's not a stretch at all to run it in that environment.
