We got a couple harvesters in the fleet and I'm tryin to figure out if this valve can hold up to 5000 psi or if that number is the ceiling and you back off before you get there.

5000 psi is the rated maximum for this valve, so your system needs to stay at or below that threshold. The SV11-8-4-0-24DWP is built from hardened and ground steel, which is part of how it holds up at those pressures in working equipment like harvesters. As long as your system pressure doesn't exceed 350 bar, you're within spec.
