Flow rate on this one is listed at 114 liters per minute, that gonna hold steady under load, or does it drift when pressure spikes up?

Fixed pressure compensated flow regulators hold the set flow rate even when system pressure fluctuates. That is the whole point of the pressure compensation on this valve. You get 114 liters per minute out regardless of load changes upstream or downstream, up to the maximum rated pressure of 350 bar (5000 psi). So no, it should not drift on you under normal working conditions within those limits.
