Running this on a refuse hauler that tops out around 5000 psi. This valve gonna hold up at that pressure or is that pushing it?

350 bar is exactly 5000 psi, so you're right at the rated maximum for this valve. It's built from hardened and ground steel, which helps it hold up under that kind of stress over time. Running consistently at the top of the pressure range will put more wear on any valve, so it's worth keeping that in mind for your maintenance intervals, but the rating itself lines up with what you're describing.
