Will this here Vickers part work if I don't have a check valve switch connector?

This Vickers MCD-8088 component doesn't need a check valve switch connector so it should work fine for you.

Does the MCD-8088 need any kind of calibration or extra hardware before you put it in service?

Nothing extra is required to get it running. No calibration adjustments, no additional accessories, and no thread sealant needed. It goes in as-is, which makes it a pretty clean swap or new install without a lot of fuss.

got an old one marked C1MX17. is the MCD-8088 the same deal or am i barkin up the wrong tree
