Got a harvester sitting idle right now waiting on parts, does this valve run on 12 volt DC or does it need something different?

Runs on 12 volt DC, so if your machine is already wired for a standard 12V system, you're good to go. It's a proportional valve from the Vickers EFV1-12-C series, and the 12V rating is built into the design. No voltage conversion needed for most mobile equipment running on a typical 12-volt electrical system.
