Will this thing work on a harvester or refuse hauler?

flow rate on this one goes up to 114 liters per minute, that right? got a refuse hauler application and need to make sure we got enough headroom before i spec it in

Yeah, 114 liters per minute is the rated flow for this unit. For refuse hauler work that's a solid fit since the PFR2-16 series is actually called out for that type of mobile equipment. The pressure handling tops out at 350 bar, which is 5000 psi, so you've got plenty of room on that side too. Should give you the headroom you're looking for without oversizing the setup.
