Flow rate on this one shows 150 litres per minute, that right for the PFRS-16-U-0-000-160-00, or is that just the max it'll handle?

150 litres per minute is the specified flow rate for this particular configuration, not the ceiling. The valve series itself is rated up to 350 L/min (92 US gpm), but this model is set up for 150 L/min as its intended operating flow. So if your circuit is sized around that figure, you're in the right ballpark.
