Flow rate on this one says 23 liters per minute but then somewhere else it mentions 265 L/min -- which number actually applies to my system?

Both numbers are real, they just refer to different things. The 23 liters per minute is the rated control flow through the valve under standard operating conditions. The 265 L/min figure is the maximum flow capacity the valve can physically handle. So if your system runs closer to that upper range, the valve won't choke, but the 23 L/min is what it's optimized to regulate at. For most harvest equipment and refuse hauler setups, that rated flow is right in the working range you'd expect.
