Running this on a refuse hauler setup. 45 liters a minute enough flow for that kind of application or should I be looking at something bigger?

For refuse hauler work, 45 liters per minute is right in the wheelhouse of what this valve was built for. Vickers lists refuse haulers as one of the primary applications for the SV1-10-C series, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't meant for. The 350 bar pressure rating gives you plenty of headroom on the high-demand end too. If your system flow requirements are at or below that 45 L/min mark, you're in good shape.
