Got a harvester that needs a new solenoid valve and I want to make sure this one'll handle the pressure before I order. What's the rated pressure on this thing?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi. For harvester applications that's well within what most hydraulic circuits are going to throw at it. Flow capacity comes in at 227 liters per minute, or 60 gallons per minute on the US side, so it's got plenty of headroom there too. The 3/4-inch port size and 12-volt DC actuation are worth confirming against your existing setup before you pull the trigger, but pressure-wise this valve is built for exactly that kind of demanding mobile equipment use.
