What kind of machines will this valve work on? I'm thinking about putting it on a harvester.

Running a refuse hauler and need a normally open solenoid valve at 120 volts with a half-inch port. This the right one?

For that setup, yes. The SV3-10-0P-8H-120AG runs on 120 volts AC, uses a 1/2-inch port, and comes configured as a 2-way, 2-position normally open valve right out of the box. Refuse hauler applications are actually one of the listed use cases for this series, so it fits that kind of work well.
