runs at 5000 psi or is that just the series rating? this one shows 23 L/min flow so trying to figure out if the pressure ceiling is the same across the board

The 350 bar (5000 psi) pressure rating applies to this valve. The 23 liters per minute figure is the flow rate specific to this model. Some others in the SV4 series are rated up to 227 L/min, but this particular unit is the 23 L/min configuration, so keep that in mind when sizing it for your circuit.
