Flow rate on this one says 11 litres per minute but the specs also mention 265 L/min capacity, which number actually applies to my setup?

Both numbers are real, they just refer to different things. The 265 L/min figure is the maximum flow capacity the valve series is rated to handle under pressure. The 11 litre per minute figure is the rated flow rate for this specific valve configuration. So when you're sizing this for your system, 11 L/min is the number you want to work with for actual flow throughput.
