solenoid valve for a refuse hauler build, wondering if this one'll handle the pressure we're running, somewhere around 4500 psi on the high end

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that valve has some room above what you're describing. Hardened and ground steel construction is part of what makes this series hold up under that kind of load, so 4500 psi falls well within what it's rated for.

Is this here valve alright to run on a refuse truck, seeing as how that's what I'm needing it for?
