Flow rate on this one says 300 L/min in the specs but then mentions 114 litres per minute somewhere else. Which number actually applies to this valve?

Both figures are real, just referring to different things. The 300 L/min and 5,000 psi ratings reflect the series ceiling for the RV5-10 platform as a whole. The 114 litres per minute is the actual rated flow for this specific configuration of the valve. So when you're sizing your circuit or calculating line losses, 114 L/min is the number that applies to this particular unit.
