flow rate on this one is listed at 60 LPM -- that enough to run something like a refuse hauler without it struggling under load changes?

Sixty litres per minute is right in the working range for refuse hauler hydraulics, and the pressure-compensated design is what really makes it hold up in that kind of application. When load conditions shift, which happens constantly on a hauler, the valve keeps output flow stable without you having to chase it with adjustments. Rated to 350 bar, it's got the pressure headroom to handle the demands those systems put on it.
