Running a refuse hauler with some pretty demanding cycles on it. Does this valve hold steady flow even when the load pressure jumps around?

Pressure-compensated flow controls like this one are built for exactly that situation. Load-induced pressure swings won't push the output flow off target, so whatever flow rate you dial in stays consistent even when the system pressure is fluctuating under a heavy load. At 114 litres per minute through a 3/4" port, it fits right in the mid-range circuits common on that kind of equipment without adding bulk to the package.
