Flow rating on this one says 38 litres per minute, that gonna hold up running it on a refuse hauler with pretty heavy duty cycles?

For refuse hauler work, 38 litres per minute is the rated flow ceiling for this valve, so as long as your system stays within that, you're in good shape.
