Got a refuse hauler that needs a 4-way 2-position valve and the old one's been giving us fits. This a 24 volt setup?

24 volts is what this one runs on. It's a 4-way, 2-position solenoid valve built specifically for that kind of mobile equipment work, refuse haulers included. The port size is 1/4 inch, so make sure that lines up with what you're pulling off the old unit before you order.
