What size ports does this thing have? Just wanna make sure it'll match up with my existing setup.

It comes with 3/8" ports, which should work for a lot of standard setups, especially where space is tight.

Got a refuse hauler running a Vickers setup and need to know if this valve can hold up to 5,000 psi. that right for this one?

5,000 psi is exactly what this valve is rated for. The RV1-10-S-6H-9/ handles system pressures up to 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, so it fits right in line with heavy-duty mobile equipment like refuse haulers running at those kinds of pressures.
