Running a harvester with a 12-volt hydraulic setup and need a normally closed 2-way valve that can hold up to real work. This one rated for 350 bar or is that just a peak number they throw on there?

350 bar (5000 psi) is the rated operating pressure for this valve, not a burst or theoretical ceiling. At 37 liters per minute flow rate, it holds up in exactly the kind of application you're describing. The body is hardened and ground steel, so it's built to take the kind of stress that comes with harvester hydraulics day in and day out.
