Running a refuse hauler and need a normally closed solenoid that'll hold up to high pressure. This one rated for 5000 psi across the board?

Rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes, it covers that range. The SV5-8-C-0-12DES is a 2-way, 2-position normally closed valve, meaning it stays shut until energized.
