How much flow can this handle?

flow rate on this one is 45 liters per minute -- that work for a refuse hauler setup or is it gonna be too restrictive?

For refuse hauler applications, 45 liters per minute is right in the wheelhouse of what this valve is built for. The PRV12-10 series is specifically called out for that kind of mobile equipment use, so you're not fighting the design. Just make sure your system demand doesn't push past that flow ceiling and you should be in good shape.
