Running a refuse hauler and need to swap out the solenoid valve. This one rated for 5000 psi and 60 gpm, or is that just peak numbers that don't hold in real conditions?

Both of those figures are the rated operating values, not burst or peak-only specs. The SV1-10-C-6T-24DP is rated for 350 bar (5000 psi) and flows up to 227 L/min (60 USgpm), so refuse hauler duty is well within what this valve was built to handle. The hardened and ground steel internals are part of what keeps it stable under sustained pressure cycling rather than just momentary spikes.
