Running this on a refuse hauler that works pretty hard most days. What kind of pressure and flow can it actually handle before it starts giving trouble?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and it can pass up to 350 liters per minute, or about 92 US gallons per minute. For controlled flow in your circuit, the regulated output runs up to 38 liters per minute. Refuse haulers are actually one of the named applications for this valve, so the pressure and flow ratings line up well with that kind of demanding, repetitive work.
