Will this work on my harvester, or is it more for stationary stuff?

This valve is engineered for both mobile and industrial applications, so it's well-suited for harvesters as well as stationary hydraulic systems.

Running this on a refuse hauler right now and need to know if 12V is the only coil option on this valve or if there's something with more voltage available for different truck setups.

For this particular model, 12 volt is what it's built around. If your truck's electrical system runs on a different voltage, you'd be looking at a different part number in the SV1-8 series to match that. The one listed here is spec'd strictly for 12V operation.
