Running a refuse hauler and need a normally closed solenoid valve at 12 volts. This one fits the bill on paper, but what's the actual flow capacity I should be planning around?

For most mobile equipment applications, 45 liters per minute is the working flow rate to plan your system around. There is also a listed peak capacity of 227 L/min (60 USgpm), but your primary sizing and circuit design should reference the 45 L/min figure for normal operating conditions. The valve is a 2-way, 2-position normally closed configuration, so flow is blocked until the solenoid energizes. At 12 volts and up to 350 bar (5000 psi), it covers the pressure range you'd typically see in refuse hauler hydraulics without issue.
