Flow rate on this thing says up to 160 L/min but the specs also show 60 litre per minute, which number am i actually working with for my setup?

Both numbers are real, just describing different things. The 160 L/min figure is the rated maximum the valve series is capable of handling. The 60 L/min figure reflects the flow rate specific to this particular model configuration. For sizing and system planning, use the 60 L/min number as your working flow rate.
