Running this on a refuse hauler setup, what's the pressure rating on this valve and will it hold up to the demands of that kind of work?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so it's built to handle the pressure demands you'd find in refuse hauler hydraulic systems. The valve body is hardened and ground steel, so it's not going to wear down fast under regular heavy-duty use. That pressure ceiling gives you solid headroom for the kind of load cycles those machines put valves through.
