Reckon this would be alright for running on a harvester?

This Vickers solenoid valve is indeed suitable for harvesters, along with refuse haulers, and various other mobile and industrial applications.

Running a refuse hauler and need a normally closed solenoid valve that can handle the pressure we throw at it. This one rated for 5000 psi?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it'll hold up to what you're running. Flow capacity on this valve is 76 litres per minute, and it's built from hardened and ground steel, so it's put together to take some punishment in tough working conditions. The 2-way, 2-position normally closed setup means it stays shut until energized, which is pretty standard for that kind of application.
