Running a refuse hauler setup and need to know if this valve'll handle the pressure we're throwing at it, we're up around 4800 psi pretty regular. That gonna be a problem?

At 4800 psi you're well within the rated capacity. This valve is built to handle up to 5000 psi, so running it at 4800 regularly puts you in a comfortable operating range without pushing the limits of the component.
