Got a harvester that's been giving us grief with pressure control and I'm trying to nail down whether this valve can hold up to 5000 psi. That right?

Yeah, 5000 psi is exactly the rated maximum for this valve, which works out to 350 bar. It's built for that kind of pressure, so for harvester applications it fits right in the sweet spot of what this series was designed to handle.
