pressures on my harvester get up there during peak load cycles, this valve rated to handle that kind of demand?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so it's built to hold up under serious pressure loads. For harvester applications specifically, that rating gives you solid headroom even when things get demanding out in the field.
