Running this on a refuse hauler right now and trying to figure out if 13 liters per minute is gonna be enough flow for what we're doing. That feel about right for that kind of machine?

For refuse hauler applications, 13 liters per minute is right in the working range this valve was built for. It's one of the listed application types, so the flow rating lines up with that kind of use. Just keep in mind the valve itself tops out at 13 L/min, so if your circuit needs more than that through this particular valve, you'd want to size accordingly elsewhere in the system.
